Synopsis
Charley is a bright, eager, awkward, somewhat shy 14-year-old girl, who likes arithmetic and Dancing With the Stars , but more than anything wants to be reunited with—and live with—Cindy, the mother who abandoned her some time ago. But when the two of them meet, it becomes clear that Cindy's problems may be a bit more than Charley's wish can overcome. -->
