Synopsis
This is an ideal auditorium program for the Thanksgiving holiday. It is a fast-moving, hard-hitting play which deals with Thanksgiving wholly on terms of what we really have to be thankful for— today! Through a series of short episodes—some serious, others delightfully funny—an attempt is made to get down to brass tacks: Just what should Thanksgiving Day mean to us? Is it just a day in which school is out and we stuff ourselves with turkey and all the trimmings, or is there more to it than that?
